BIO
Teyana S. Sapula holds MSc degree in Electronics and Information Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam. Eng. Sapula is an experienced electronics and telecommunications engineer with a strong background in the design, prototyping, and implementation of circuits and systems. She is registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).
Eng. Sapula is certified with Fiber Optics Association (FOA), an international professional association of fiber optics, and she holds several certifications: Certified Fiber Optics Technician (CFOT), Certified Fiber Optics Instructor (CFOS-I), Certified Premises Cabling Technician Instructor (CPCT-I), and Certified Fiber Optics To The Home (FTTx).
RESEARCH
Ms Teyana is a laboratory Engineer at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) in the College of information and Communications Technology (CoICT). She is involved in UDSM iLab Project as a developer. Her research interest is in e-Learning and Fiber Optics.
While pursuing her degree, she presented her research in international conference meetings and workshops. Her publications are
(1) Implementation of Time and Frequency Response Analysis for Web-Based Laboratories
(2) Implementation of Remote Web-Accessible Laboratory of Single Stage CE, RC Coupled Amplifier.
