Dr Josiah P. Nombo
Education and Training
Dr Josiah Patrick Nombo received a BSc degree in Electronics Science and Communications (2005) and an MSc Degree in Electronics Engineering and Information Technology (2010), both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He has a PhD degree in Information and Communication Science and Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering) from the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology, Arusha (2016).
Work Experience
Dr Nombo is a Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (ETE) in the College of Information and Communications Technology (CoICT). He is teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students and carrying out consultancy activities in the field of ICT. His research interest includes Non-invasive Digital Imaging Systems, Digital Image Processing, and e-Learning.
