Education and Training
Dr Isack E. Bulugu received a BSc in Electronics Science and Communication, from the University of Dar es Salaam (2008), an MEng degree in Signal and Information Processing from the Tianjin University of Technology, Tianjin, China (2014), and a PhD from the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China (2018).
Work Experience
Dr Bulugu is a Lecturer at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) in the College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT). His research interests are in the area of Computer Vision, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Image Processing, Pattern Recognition, Hand Gesture/Sign Language Recognition.
