Ms Cecilia Msocha

Education and Training

Ms Cecilia Msocha earned a Diploma of Secretarial Studies in 2013 from the Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC), in Mtwara Tanzania. Between 2011 and 2013, Cecilia was a General Secretary of the Tanzania Public Service Students’ Organization, TPSC - Mtwara branch. She has attended several professional training, including Customer Care from the Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA), Tanzania, in 2020.

Since 2017, Cecilia has been an active member of the Tanzania Personal Secretaries Association (TAPSEA). From 20th – 22nd May 2021 Ms Msocha attended the Secretarial Annual Professional Conference organised by TAPSEA.

Work Experience

Ms Cecilia Msocha has more than seven years of experience in public service, mostly at the University of Dar es Salaam. Currently, she serves as an Office Management Secretary at the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (ETE), College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT), University of Dar es Salaam.
