Ms Josephine Stephen

Education and Training

Ms Josephine Stephen received a BSc degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) in 2008 and an MSc degree in Telecommunications Engineering in 2015, from the same University. She is a Registered Telecom Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the telecommunication industry in Tanzania. 

Work Experience

Ms Josephine Kalekwa Stephen is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (ETE), College of Information and Communication Technologies (CoICT) of the University of Dar es Salaam. Currently, she is pursuing PhD studies in the area of Digital Signal Processing. Her research interests are Signal Processing, Digital Communication, and Wireless Communication.

Josephine is a trainer and a coach at the University of Dar es Salaam ICT incubator (UDICTI) where she grooms youth to develop ICT products and solutions using a Human-Centered Design approach.
